Wage adjustments:

Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 2.5%
Shift premium: $1,000 per month for first-class steam-ticket certification. $800 per month for second-class steam-ticket certification. $450 per month for third-class steam-ticket certification. 10% of lead operator no. 1 rate when working as acting coordinator. $200 per month dual-ticket premium for employee who hold 2 valid Alberta journeyman tickets from following list: millwright, electrician, instrument technician, pipefitter, machinist, welder (CWB-certified).
Paid holidays: 12 days, including 1 floater day.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years.
Overtime: Paid after 9 hours per day for day employee, 12 hours per day for shift employee. May be banked, maximum 48 hours.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay or double time for actual hours worked plus portal to portal (0.75 hours for one-way, 1.5 hours for return trip).
Probationary period: 9 months.
Safety shoes: Employer will pay for approved safety footwear.
