Workers at the Pepsi warehouse in Sudbury, Ont., ratified a new collective agreement on Oct. 30.
In addition to monetary and language improvements, the new contract provides an additional full-time run job posting for Sault Ste. Marie.
Wages will increase over the term of the contract by $1.10 per hour. As well, United Food and Commercial Workers Canada (UFCW), Local 175 members will receive a lump sum payment of $500 in the first year of the agreement, and another $350 lump sum in the second year.
