Smart glasses for delivery drivers: Is workplace tech going too far?

Amazon is developing a new pair of smart glasses designed to optimize the "last mile" delivery drivers’ routes, according to a Reuters report. The latest innovation, if adopted, will hopefully shave seconds off of the costly last 91 metres of each delivery, according to sources, but while such innovations promise efficiency, they also raise critical concerns about employee autonomy, safety, and morale.
