But many also want bosses to listen more closely
Roughly one-quarter (24 per cent) of employees intend to be more productive in 2013, according to a BMO Bank of Montreal survey asking Canadians to list their work-and-business-related New Year's resolutions.
Also in the top three resolutions are learning a new workplace skill (23 per cent) and networking or collaborating (22 per cent), found the survey of 1,000 adults.
