Driven by increased hiring in health care, trade, construction
OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada added 32,700 jobs in February, driven by increased hiring in the health-care, trade and construction sectors, according to a report from ADP.
January's job change was revised down to a loss of 2,300 jobs from an initially reported gain of 10,700. The new report, which is jointly developed with Moody's Analytics, is derived from ADP's payrolls data of about 40,000 companies.
