Ottawa — The federal labour ministry has launched a one-stop-shop site that will contain comprehensive labour data from every province and territory. Toronto — Children of striking Petro-Canada workers who were promised summer co-op jobs had those offers revoked, according to employees and the union. According to Petro-Canada’s HR department, the summer co-op program was slashed in half to 50 students because of the strike. The union plans to file an unfair labour practice complaint.
