New board members for the International Association for Human Resource Information Management have nearly 90 years experience between them
The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) has elected four new board members.
The new board members are:
•Marianne Coleman, president of Coleman & Company.
Coleman’s firm specializes in corporate HR strategies and has expertise in business transformation, organizational design, information privacy and security, and compensation and benefits design. Coleman has more than 20 years experience in the communications and entertainment industry, entering the field at HBO where she served in many functions for over a decade. She is an author and speaker at HR technology conferences and events, and is treasurer of IHRIM’s New York Chapter and Global Special Interest Group.
•Lamar Davis, senior consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services.
Davis has more than 23 years experience in implementing, upgrading, maintaining, converting, merging and managing HR, payroll and benefit systems and technologies. Most recently he has been serving in project leadership roles working with PeopleSoft HRMS implementations, mergers and upgrades. An IHRIM member since 1984, Davis has served in various chapter leadership roles in the IHRIM Atlanta and Carolinas chapters. He is currently serving as the Carolinas Chapter financial officer.
•John Greer, senior vice-president of HR for Smart Financial Credit Union.
John Greer has more than 25 years experience in HR management and more than 20 years of HRMS experience. He has served as a member of the EmployEase Customer Advisor Council for 2003-2004, the 2002 HR Houston Symposium committee and the 2003 HR Houston Speaker’s committee. He is currently the chair of the speakers committee for the 2005 HR Houston Symposium. He is also a past-member of the IHRIM board of directors and IHRIM national conference and education committees
•Jacqueline Kuhn, manager of HR technology for Sears Roebuck & Co. Kuhn currently serves on the IHRIM board of directors in the role of chief financial officer.
With more than 20 years in Human Resources, Kuhn has held positions in HR systems management, consulting, sales and account management. In her current role of HR technology manager at Sears, she is responsible for strategy, selection, deployment and vendor management for enterprise-wide HR systems. She has been a member of IHRIM since 1991 and has served in various roles at the chapter and international level. Kuhn was honored at the IHRIM 2001 Spring Conference as the Midwest Chapter’s member of the year.
