Employees are looking for flexible benefit and pension programs and 30 organizations are meeting that challenge, according to human resource consulting firm Hewitt.
Hewitt's list of Canada's 30 best benefit and pension plans, based on employee surveys from more than 220 Canadian organizations, was published in Benefits Canada.
"The 30 organizations that appear on the 2007 list of Canada's Best Pension and Benefit Plans are clearly listening to their employees and providing them with the programs they need and appreciate," said Don Bish, editor of Benefits Canada.
"As the Canadian workforce becomes more diverse, designing flexible programs that meet a variety of needs is not easy. These 30 companies have met that challenge."
