Survey hopes to illuminate key workplace elements for technology professionals
What workplace elements attract, retain and keep technology professionals engaged and productive? Is it recruitment or retention bonuses, good leadership or something else?
KPMG, Canadian HR Reporter and ROSS Recruitment Solutions want to know what matters most to Canadian technology professionals and are going straight to the source - the employers and HR professionals who hire and work with IT professionals on a daily basis.
Employers and HR professionals can fill out this survey until Aug. 25, and in doing so have a chance to win one of two Nintendo Wii video game consoles.
The results of the survey will be presented on Sept. 24 as part of TorontoTechWeek, and included in the Sept. 22 issue of Canadian HR Reporter.
TorontoTechWeek, which runs from Sept. 22 to 26 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, brings the city's technology community together to promote and foster partnerships, employment, investment, education and business opportunities.
