Poster highlights workers’ safety rights
The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safetay (CCOHS) has produced a bilingual poster outlining three important rights all workers have to ensure they have the knowledge they need to be safe on the job and the freedom to participate in health and safety activities in their workplace. These rights include: the right know; the right to participate; and the right to refuse unsafe work. The PDF is free to download.

Ontario’s Ministry of Labour has released a 100-page PDF designed to help workplace parties on matters relating to the establishment, operation and maintenance of multi-workplace joint health and safety committees.
