Saskatoon Health Region is looking for a human resources business associate who will provide leadership and strategic support to the health region on a broad range of HR functions, including employment, labour relations and workplace reorganization. The associate will assist with the development of policies and procedures, perform research of best practices, develop training materials and provide technical advice on internal business applications. YPS HR in Mississauga, Ont. is looking for a human resources generalist who will research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales, and study and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices. The generalist will plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs; advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements; and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
