Human resources advisor
Queen’s University in Kingston, Ont. is looking for a human resources advisor who will act as the primary HR contact providing strategic business partner support to clients in all aspects of the employment relationship. The advisor will provide guidance and coaching for managers on the performance review process; facilitate new staff orientation sessions to onboard and familiarize cohorts to the university; and identify trends and opportunities to enhance client service relationships. Candidates must have a post-secondary degree in human resources, business administration or another related area with three to five years of related HR generalist work experience, preferably in a unionized environment. Human resources generalist
MAUSER in Mississauga, Ont. is looking for a human resources generalist who will assist in recruitment activities, which include working with the hiring manager, posting open positions and liaising with recruiters. The generalist will conduct new hire orientation and any other necessary onboarding activities, resolve any employee concerns or issues and provide day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling. Human resources assistant
Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services in Halifax is looking for a human resources assistant who will assist and provide clerical and administrative support for the provision of human resources functions and act as the first point of contact for business and employee inquiries. The assistant will assist with recruitment functions, including posting job opportunities, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks and security screening, and providing information to hiring managers; administer the employee orientation program; and ensure that all new hire documents are completed accurately. Human resources coordinator
The University of Ontario Institute of Technology in Oshawa is looking for a human resources coordinator who will prepare external job advertisements and internal job postings for vacant faculty positions and administrative staff positions.
