The Ontario government in Halton Region is looking for a human resources representative who will respond to requests for information from all levels of staff through various channels, transfer more complex issues of a specialized nature to the appropriate HR Specialist and ensure proper follow up is completed. The representative will prepare and execute various documents/processes within human resources, including employment verification letters and employee file reviews; provide advice and guidance on using Siebel for service requests and remain current on Siebel technology and updates; and perform other duties as assigned. Candidates must have a secondary school diploma with post-secondary courses in business administration with a focus on human resources and demonstrated experience responding to customer inquiries, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
