Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada in Ottawa is looking for a human resources director who will be accountable for planning, developing, maintaining and enhancing a client-focused service delivery framework supporting the provision of a comprehensive range of operational HR services. HR STAR operator
York Region District School Board in Aurora, Ont. is looking for a human resources services STAR operator who will maintain casual replacement staff records and support related processes, and monitor absences and system call out to ensure that vacancies are filled according to established practices. The operator will sign up casual replacement staff, update records and enter related data on the HRIS and STAR; and ensure that casual replacement staff documentation has been collected and maintained and followed up on when required.
