Human resources advisor
The University of Toronto is looking for a human resources advisor who will advise a dedicated client group on employment-related laws and jurisprudence, including the Human Rights Code, the Employment Standards Act and others. The advisor will also provide recruitment advice and assistance to clients, and participate in special projects and process re-engineering. The Alberta government in Calgary is looking for a human resources consultant who will guide the Municipal Employee Benefits Association of Calgary (MEBAC) executive to ensure they are compliant with established contracts, legislation and all other governing documents. The consultant will also serve as an advisor and/or resource to the executive for all MEBAC-related matters.
