Toronto Community Housing is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide a range of coaching, counselling and strategic advice to clients in the areas of human rights, labour and employee relations, interpretation of collective agreements, employment and labour legislation, policies and procedures. The consultant will also support the grievance process including but not limited to grievance tracking, scheduling, investigating, attendance at grievance hearings, preparation of written responses and settlement agreements. The B.C. government in Richmond is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide clear and informative guidance to employees, management and candidates on all areas of recruitment practice regarding HR policies and procedures, collective agreement provisions, best practices, and other applicable information. The consultant will also assist with the preparation for collective bargaining by identifying issues and providing options and recommended solutions. The Ontario government in Tillsonburg is looking for a human resources manager who will provide a wide range of HR advisory services and consultation assistance including compensation, job evaluation, policy development, mentoring and leadership program development, succession planning, and recruitment assistance. The manager will also develop and recommend HR policies, procedures, guidelines and standards covering all HR services. Candidates must have a university degree in business or a related field, post-secondary education in HR management and at least three years of progressive experience in a senior HR position.
