Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Signed on April 20, 2017.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 10 years, 30 days after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half lieu time for all work after 44 hours per week. 
Dental: Coverage of 90% for basic, 50% for major restorative, 9-month recall. 
Vision: $235 every 24 months (previously $215 every 24 months).
Paramedical: $25 per visit, $1,250 maximum, per individual per year.
Sick leave: 5.25 hours per pay period, maximum 10.5 hours per month.
AD&D: Coverage of 2-times annual salary.
Life insurance: Coverage of 2-times annual salary.
Pension: Employee contributes 3% to group RSP. Employer contributes: 3% after 12 months of service, 4% after 48 months of services, 5% after 96 months of service, 6% after 180 months of service. 
Bereavement leave: 6 days (previously 5 days) for death of spouse, same-sex partner, child (including children of spouse, same-sex partner). 5 days for death of parent, brother, sister, guardian, grandparent, grandchild. 2 days for death of mother/father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother/sister-in-law, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew.
Seniority – recall rights: 36 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay. 
Probationary period: 6 months of at least 20 hours per week or 520 hours or 2 years, whichever occurs first.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 16 months for verbal or written disciplinary action, 18 months for disciplinary suspensions.
Mileage: $0.54 per kilometre (previously $0.40 per kilometre).

Editor’s notes: Cultural days: Permanent full-time employees are entitled to 2 days per year for religious, cultural or personal reasons. All permanent full-time employees will receive 3 cultural days per year after 5 years of service. On-call pay: $15 per day, $40 when on statutory holiday, plus 1 hour of travel time.
