Shift premium: Dual ticket: $3 per hour of journeyman rate. Lead hand: $3 per hour (previously 6%) of journeyman rate. Foreman: $6 per hour (previously 15%) of journeyman rate. Steward: $1.50 per hour (previously $1 per hour). Steward with tool box 1: $1.50 per hour (previously $1 per hour). Steward with tool box 2: $1.50 per hour (previously $1 per hour). Steward with tool box 3: $2.25 per hour (previously $1.75 per hour). Chief steward with tool box 1: $2.75 per hour (previously $2.25 per hour). Chief steward with tool box 2: $2.75 per hour (previously $2.25 per hour). Chief steward with tool box 3: $3 per hour. Night shift: $3 per hour. First aid ticket: $0.25 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 6% on each paycheque.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.

Dental: Basic services: 100% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Comprehensive: 50% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Orthodontic: 50% coverage, lifetime maximum $3,000 per child younger than 19.
Vision: Younger than 21: $300 per year. Older than 21: $300 every 2 years.
STD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $600 per week, maximum 119 days.
LTD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $2,600 per month, per employee, payable after 119 days.
AD&D: $100,000 coverage.
Life insurance: $100,000 coverage.
Pension: Employer contributes to union-sponsored group RSP. Employer contributes 2%, employee contributes 2% to CLAC Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, legal dependant, mother, father, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Safety shoes: $150 per year for CSA-approved, high-cuffed (no less than 6 inches) boots. Shoes not acceptable.
Uniforms/clothing: All employees will wear CSA-approved safety hats supplied by employer. Employer will provide gloves, non-prescription safety glasses, fire-retardant coveralls if required.
Tool allowance: Specialty and power tools will be provided by employer.
