Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1.75%
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. $1.25 per hour for all hours worked between 12:01 a.m. Saturday and midnight Sunday.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 15 years. Any employees earning 6 weeks of vacation prior to Feb. 1, 2008, will continue to earn 6 weeks.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours in excess of regularly scheduled shift on scheduled day of work or first 12 hours on a scheduled day of rest. Double time for hours beyond 4 on day of work and beyond 12 on day of rest. Assistant manager or higher positions not eligible for double time.
Medical benefits: Company-administered benefit plan.
Sick leave: 1.25 days per month of continuous service to a maximum of 250 days. If sick days are used up, employees may be granted unpaid leave.
STD: Extended sick leave benefits available for sick leave more than 2 weeks up to 15 weeks.
Pension: Company contributes 6% of employee earnings, employee contributes 5% of earnings to company pension plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of immediate family member (parent, parent-in-law, spouse, child, sibling, sibling-in-law, child-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle). Additional 2 days for travel or special circumstances.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ if called back to work.
Probationary period: 90 days.
Safety shoes: $175 per year.

Asset protection trainer, assistant manager, facility operations manager trainee, grain buyer, quality assurance coordinator, automation technician, maintenance journeyperson: $55,000 minimum, $93,000 maximum
Automation analyst, automation specialist, electrical supervisor, maintenance supervisor: $66,000 minimum, $112,000 maximum
