Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 23, 2017, to Feb. 22, 2021. Ratified on Dec. 21, 2017. Signed on Dec. 21, 2017.
Shift premium: $2 per hour for hours worked on Saturdays for employees who have worked minimum of 32 regular hours but less than 40 regular hours in pay week. Engineering employees will receive $2 per hour for 12-shift work on Saturday, $4.50 per hour for work on Sunday. $0.60 per hour for lead-hand line driver. $1 per hour for lead-hand shipper/receiver. $1 per hour for lead-hand shipper/receiver when relieving warehouse superintendent. $0.50 for designated third-class steam engineer when chief engineer is absent. $0.75 per hour for all shift hours worked between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for all work after 80 hours per 2 weeks for engineering employees. 
Meal allowance: $15 for employee required to work 3 or more overtime hours without 24 hours’ notice in advance.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan and Alberta Blue Cross coverage.
Dental: 100% coverage for basic services. 50% coverage for restoration services. 
Vision: $200 every 24 months.
Sick leave: 40 hours per year for employees on 8-hours shifts. 48 years per year for employees on 12-hour shifts. 
STD: Coverage of 66 2/3 of earnings, maximum $600 per week. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for 66.67% of monthly earnings, maximum $4,000 per month.
Pension: Employer will contribute $1.51 per hour to Teamsters Pension Plan
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse. 3 days for death in immediate family (child, mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law). 2 days for death of grandparents. 1 day for death of sister-in-law, brother-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Time and one-half for minimum 3 hours.
Probationary period: 640 regular working hours in any 1 year. 
Severance: 1 day’s pay for each month of service.
Safety shoes: $160 per year (previously $95 per year) for purchase of insulated footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide all employees, after 2 months’ seniority, 1 pair of mitts every 4 months, or as needed. Employer will contribute maximum $55 toward purchases of quilted vests and jackets, after 60 days of seniority (1 per year). Employer will provide 1 high-bib overall, freezer jacket per year when required, to all lift truck operators and shipper receivers.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 6.6% increase):
Eng. fourth-class: $28.58 rising 3 steps to $30.48
Eng. third-class: $29.36 rising 3 steps to $31.28
Shipper/receiver: $22.77 rising 3 steps to $24.26
Forklift operator: $22.05 rising 3 steps to $23.52
Labour: $18.19 rising 3 steps to $19.40
