Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 21, 2015, to Dec. 20, 2018. Signed on Dec. 21, 2015.
Shift premium: Lead premium $2 per hour.
Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 12 years. 8 hours paid personal time per year.
Overtime: Time and one-half.
Medical benefits: Company-provided group insurance plan.
Sick leave: 8 hours after 6 months, 16 hours after 1 year, 24 hours after 2 years, 32 hours after 3 years, 40 hours after 7 years. 85% of employee’s regular hourly wage.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for employee’s parent, spouse, child or spouse’s child. 3 days for employee’s grandparent, grandchild, sibling, father-in-law, mother-in-law, stepfather, stepmother or any relative permanently residing with the employee.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: Minimum of 3 hours at applicable overtime rate.
Probationary period: 90 days worked in a consecutive 9-month period.
Severance: In accordance with Canada Labour Code.
Safety shoes: $70-per-year allowance.

Passenger agents: $11.30 per hour rising in 7 steps to $13.95
