Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Signed on July 26, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2017: 2%
Effective April 1, 2018: 2%
Effective April 1, 2019: 2%
Shift premium: $2.25 to night lead hand and weekend afternoon lead hand for all hours worked. Store attendant will be paid $2 per hour for all hours worked. $2.25 to weekend day lead hand and weekday evening lead hand for all hours worked. $1.75 per hour for all hours worked on shift between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. $1.50 per hour for each hour worked as project worker. $1.75 per hour for hours worked between 7 a.m. Saturday to 11 p.m. Sunday. $0.75 per hour to employee conducting training.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 4 years, 20 days after 8 years, 25 days after 25 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after regular hours per day (7 1/4-, 7 1/2-, or 8-hour shifts).
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 
Paramedical: Psychologists: $500 per year. Bundled chiropractors, massages: $400 per year. Physiotherapy: Unlimited.
Weekly indemnity:
Sick leave: 1.33 days per month for full-time, 0.58 days per month for part-time. Employee may roll over any unused sick leave maximum 20 days for full-time employees, 9 days for part-time employees.
Pension: Employer contributes $0.15 per regular hour worked on behalf of all non-probationary, full-time and part-time employees, to registered retirement savings plan. Amount will be increased by additional $0.05 in each year of contract, effective Jan. 1. Amount will be matched by employee. Participation in plan is voluntary for employees.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, mother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, grandchild, aunt, uncle, fiancé, daughter-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, grandparent (both sides), stepchildren, niece, nephew, son-in-law, parent, father-in-law, guardian, stepparents. 1 day for death of another relative or close friend. 2 additional days for travel in excess of 322 kilometres from employee’s residence. 
Seniority – recall rights: 180 days.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours of pay at appropriate rate. 
Probationary period: 3 months for regular employee, 435 hours or 6 months, whichever comes first, for relief employee. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: Employer will provide safety footwear when required. $100 per year for slip-resistant work footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide safety glasses, hard hats when required. Employer will furnish and maintain, without charge, uniforms that employer requires employee to wear.

Housekeeping worker
Probation: $15.58 rising 3 steps to $16.53
Year 1: $15.89 rising 3 steps to $16.86
Year 2: $16.26 rising 3 steps to $17.26
Year 3: $16.63 rising 3 steps to $17.65
Year 4: $16.98 rising 3 steps to $18.02
Year 5: $17.30 rising 3 steps to $18.36
Year 6: $18.80 rising 3 steps to $19.95
$250 as 1-time signing bonus for full-time, $125 for part-time
Editor’s notes: Medical notes: Employer will reimburse doctor’s notes maximum $100 per year for full-time employees, $50 per year for part-time employees. Lockers: Employer will provide each employee who is required to change into uniform with personal locker for storage of clothing and personal belongings.
