Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 21, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2016. Signed on Dec. 17, 2015.
Paid holidays: 10 days. Time and one-half for shifts on a named holiday.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 9 per day.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for the death of a parent, spouse, brother, sister, child, parent-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, stepchildren, legal guardian and grandparents, including spouse’s grandparents and grandchildren.
Seniority – recall rights: 3 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
