Wage adjustments:
Effective Aug. 25, 2015: 1.5%
Effective Aug. 25, 2016: 1.5%

Shift premium: $2.50 per hour for all time worked during the night shift.
Paid holidays: 7 days and 3 mobile holidays.
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 18 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
Bereavement leave: 7 days for employee’s spouse, child, father, or mother. 3 days for employee’s brother or sister. 1 day for employee’s son-in-law, daughter-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, brother-in-law or sister-in-law. 1 additional day when the employees is required to travel more than 250 km to attend the service.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Probationary period: 6 calendar months or 600 hours worked, whichever occurs first.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 6 months for a written warning and 9 months for a suspension.
Safety shoes: $120 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides protective clothing/uniforms as necessary.

Sales: $19.34 per hour
Customer service: $17.68
Checkout: $16.68
Reception: $16.36
Editor’s notes: Birth or adoption: 3 paid days. 2 additional unpaid days upon request. Marriage: 1 day for the employee’s wedding, or the wedding of the employee’s child, father or mother. Maternity leave: 20 weeks. Paternity leave: 5 weeks. Parental leave: 52 weeks. Family obligations: 10 unpaid days.
