Wage adjustments:

Paid holidays: 9 days and 2 floating holidays.
Vacations with pay: 4% of gross earnings to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 17 years.
Dental: $25 single deductible and $50 family deductible. $1,500 annual maximum.
Sick leave: 7.5 hours per 150 hours worked to a maximum of 90 hours per year. Employer pays out 50% of any unused sick days.
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums. $25,000 with a reduction of 50% at age 65.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee’s father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, spouse, child, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, legal guardian, grandparent, grandchild, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 450 hours worked.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Uniforms/clothing: $120 per year. $130 effective June 30, 2016.
