Effective Aug. 1, 2017: $0.30 per hour. Effective Aug. 1, 2018: $0.35 per hour. $1.25 per hour worked when employer temporarily assigns employee to carry out responsibilities of supervisory person (including RPNs working for RNs). $1 per hour when employee completes orientation (employee must have at least 1 year of seniority).
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 2 floater days.
Vacations with pay: 1 week or 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 23 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 28 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work more than 7.5 hours per work day or more than 7.5 hours worked consecutively or more than 20 shifts per 4-week period or on day off when work is more than 10 shifts in 2-week period.
Meal allowance: Meal will be provided for every 4 hours of overtime worked.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for plan equivalent to the Blue Cross No. 9 Plan, with $12.50-per-individual and $25-per-family deductible.
Vision: $210 (previously $185) every 2 years. Effective on Aug. 1, 2018: $235. Effective on July 31, 2019: $300.
Paramedical: $300 maximum.
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 18 days per year, maximum 120 days cumulative total.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for $30,000 coverage.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for $30,000 coverage.
Pension: Employer will contribute 4%, employee will contribute 4%.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child. 3 days for death of parent, stepparent, grandparent, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew.
