Wage adjustments:

Earned time off: 2 days after 6 road days from last earned time off; 3 days after 11 road days from last earned time off; 4 days after 15 road days from last earned time off. First day of earned time off is 36 hours and subsequent days are 24 hours.
Medical benefits: Employee-paid premiums for Supplemental Health Benefits.
Dental: Company-provided coverage. 90% basic treatment for employee and spouse, 100% for dependant children, to a maximum of $1,500/year. Coverage of other services varies.
Paramedical: Employee-paid premiums for Supplemental Health Benefits.
Weekly indemnity: Greater of $417/week or annual EI maximum, to a maximum of 15 weeks. Company pays premiums.
STD: 15 weeks.
LTD: Employees pay premiums. 100% of net monthly income up to $2,000 for first 2 years of disability for persons disabled from their own occupation and for total disability thereafter. Company pays benefits up to 27 months when off work due to non-occupational illness or accident.
AD&D: Company-paid premiums for $100,000 plan.
Life insurance: Company-paid premiums for $100,000 plan.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months.
Probationary period: 90 days.
Uniforms/clothing: Company pays full cost of uniforms. If contract terminated within 90 days of ordering a uniform, employee is responsible for the full cost. $12 for a safety vest for each truck; $6 for any additional vests.
