Renewal agreement: Effective April 27, 2015, to April 26, 2018. Signed on April 24, 2015.
Shift premium: $2.50 per hour for lead hands.
Paid holidays: 9 days.
Vacations with pay: 0.83 days per month of service to a maximum of 2 weeks to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years and 4 weeks after 10 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 80 hours in one payroll period.
Medical benefits: After 3 continuous months’ employment, employees are eligible to participate in the Porter insured benefit plan. Employees pay 10% and employer pays 90% of premiums. Employees are eligible for drug coverage, extended health care, dental care, STD, LTD, basic member life and AD&D, basic dependant life and optional member/spousal life.
Sick leave: 40 hours per year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee’s spouse, child, spouse’s child, parent, guardian, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, brother or sister.
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 6 calendar months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 30 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides uniforms. Winter parkas will be provided once every 3 years.

Customer service representative: $12.25 per hour rising in 7 steps to $18.13
Customer service ambassador: $11.25 rising in 1 step to $11.35
Customer service representative (hired after date of ratification): $11.40 rising in 7 steps to $18.13
