Renewal agreement: Effective May 8, 2015, to April 30, 2018. Signed on May 8, 2015.

Wage adjustments:
Effective May 1, 2016: 2.35%
Effective May 1, 2017: 2.35%

Shift premium: 15% shift differential for employees working second shift and 18% shift differential for employees working third shift.

Paid holidays: 10 days.

Vacations with pay: A vacation and holiday allowance will be paid at the rate of 9% of total base rate earnings in lieu of paid vacation.

Overtime: Double time for all hours worked beyond normal working hours Monday through Friday. Double time for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

Meal allowance: Meal or $20 allowance after 2 hours of overtime and every 4 hours thereafter.

Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at applicable overtime rate.

Mileage: 55¢ per km.

Commercial journeyman: $34.19 per hour
Commercial apprentice: $16.15 rising in 3 steps to $29.23
Major industrial journeyman: $34.19 per hour

Light commercial apprentice: $15.38 rising in 3 steps to $28.02
Commercial sheeter/decker journeyman: $30.11
Commercial sheeter/decker assistant: $24.05
Commercial material handler: $18.59
Industrial sheeter/decker journeyman: $34.19
Industrial sheeter/decker assistant: $27.44
Industrial material handler: $21.29
