Renewal agreement: Effective March 23, 2014, to May 5, 2019. Ratified on May 5, 2016. Signed on May 5, 2016.
Shift premium: $2 per hour for all hours worked between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. $1 per hour for lead hand during night stocking. $1 per hour for clerk-in-charge. $1 per hour for all work on a Sunday. $1.75 per hour for working as variety operator relief. $1.50 per hour for working as floral relief. $2 per hour for all hours worked by bakery production employees between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: For employees hired prior to May 1, 2015: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 13 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 18 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 23 years. For employees hired after May 1, 2015: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 14 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 40 hours per week. Double time for work after 10 hours (11 hours for 9 hour shifts). Double time for all work on a holiday.
Medical benefits: Alberta Health Care and Extended Health Care Plan.
Dental: United Food & Commercial Workers’ Dental Care Plan. Employer contributes $0.43 per hour to plan.
Sick leave: 4 hours for each month worked. 
Life insurance: Group Life Insurance Plan.
Pension: Co-operative Superannuation Society Pension Plan. Employer and employee each contribute 5% to plan.
Bereavement leave: Time off at the discretion of the employer for death in immediate family (spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandmother, grandmother-in-law, grandfather, grandfather-in-law, grandchildren, any relative living in the household of the employee). 1 day off for death in extended family (aunt, uncle, nephew, niece). 1 week off for death of spouse, father, mother, child, stepchild.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 200 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Severance: 1 week’s pay for up to 2 years’ service, 1 week per year for more than 2 years’ service, maximum 20 weeks.
Safety shoes: $100 every 2 years. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide 2 shirts to full-time employees, 1 shirt to part-time employees. 1 replacement shirt provided each year.

Union decal: The employer will display the official decal of the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union, local 401 in a location where it can be seen by customers.
