Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s spouse, parent, guardian or child. 3 days for employee’s brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law or any relative living with the employee.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months to start, 1 year after 2 years of service and 2 years after 5 years of service.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours at time and one-half.
Probationary period: 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 4 weeks of regular salary per year of continuous service to a maximum of 9 months’ regular pay.

Editor’s notes: Layoff: The employer will provide 2 weeks’ notice of 2 weeks’ pay in lieu of notice. Maternity leave: 17 weeks. Accident: $500 if the employee is in an accident while driving on employer business resulting in damage to the vehicle and the amount of the damage cannot be recovered from any other person or persons. Talent fees: Up to $40 per session for voicing a commercial, $11 for hosting or performing on a radio program of less than 10 minutes and $33 for hosting or performing on a radio program of more than 10 minutes. Appearances: On-air personalities may be required to make up to 24 personal promotional appearances per year. Up to $25 per appearance. On call: $20 per day.
