Shift premium: $1 per hour for all hours worked before 6 a.m. and after 6 p.m. $1 per hour for all hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. $1 per hour for lead-hands. $0.75 per hour for charge-hands.
Paid holidays: 12 days.
Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% to start, 15 days or 6% after 1 years, 20 days or 8% after 5 years, 25 days or 10% after 10 years, 30 days or 12% after 15 years, 35 days or 14% after 20 years, 40 days or 16% after 25 years.
Overtime: For office employees: Time and one-half for all work after 7 hours per day or 35 hours per week. May be banked, maximum 120 hours. All overtime in excess of 40 hours will be paid out on March 31 each year. For field employees: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. May be banked, maximum 120 hours. All overtime not taken with 12 months will be paid out. Double time for all work in excess of 40 hours per week on Sunday.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for $500 every 2 years (previously $350 every 2 years) per family member.
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month or 18 days per year. May be accumulated, maximum 120 days.

Safety shoes: $300 per year (previously $200 per year).
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply field employees with 2 pairs of winter coveralls, 2 pairs of regular coveralls.
