Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2018, to June 30, 2020. Signed on March 1, 2018. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay:
2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 6 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 10 years, 6 weeks or 10% after 16 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week or on Saturday or Sunday. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums to Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.
Pension: Employer will contribute $7 per employee per hour worked to Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan, maximum 45 hours per week.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family. 1 additional day for travel 400 kilometres or more from base terminal of employment.
Seniority – recall rights: 180 days.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide personal-protective equipment (PPE) including coveralls, hard hats, non-prescription safety glasses, work gloves. On job sites where specialty safety equipment is required, employer will provide PPE, such as safety harnesses, fire-retardant coveralls.

Editor’s notes: Subsistence allowance: Each employee who remains away from place of domicile for 16 or more hours in any 24-hour period will receive subsistence allowance: $150 per day for lodging; $65 daily meal allowance. Layover: If drivers are required to layover as result of unforeseen circumstances during any 1 round-trip or tour away from home terminals, driver will be compensated 9 hours’ pay at straight-time hourly rate. Industry fund: Employer will contribute $0.05 per hour for each employee and dependent contractor covered by collective agreement to Teamsters union/industry advancement fund.
