Level two or three first-aid certification: $0.85 per hour. Shift responsibility on second or third shift: $0.50 per hour. Emergency response coordinator: $0.85 per hour. Field safety representative: $0.75 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 0.83 of a day or 4% for each month worked to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 4 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years.
Overtime: Double time for work after 46 hours per week or Sundays.
Meal allowance: $7.50 when 4-hour overtime notice is not given. Employees must work 144 scheduled overtime hours per year. No more than 16 hours per employee, per month.
Medical benefits: 80% premiums paid by the company.
Dental: 100% basic coverage, 50% crown and bridges.
Vision: $200 per person per 24 months.
Weekly indemnity: 66 2/3% per week, maximum $490. Beginning fourth day of sickness, maximum 26 weeks.
AD&D: Effective April 1, 2016: $52,000. Effective April 1, 2019: $56,000.
Life insurance: Effective April 1, 2016: $52,000. Effective April 1, 2019: $56,000.
Pension: Group RRSP plan. Company contributes 50% matching, up to 3% of employee’s salary.

Call-in pay: 4 hours’ minimum.
Probationary period: 84 working days within 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
