Shift premium: $7 per hour for all time worked before 7 a.m. and after 6 p.m. $2 per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. $2 per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, on Saturday and Sunday. $3.50 per day when packaging and labelling dangerous goods for shipping, maximum $75 per month.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 9.38 hours per month to start, 12.5 per month after 8 years, 13.75 hours per month after 16 years, 14.4 hours per month after 17 years, 15.63 hours per month after 18 years, 16.88 hours per month after 27 years, 18.75 hours per month after 28 years.
Overtime: Time and three-quarters for all time worked in excess of regular hours. May be paid in leave time.
Meal allowance: $10 when working more than 3 hours’ overtime, except where free meals provided.
Sick leave: 9.38 hours per month.
Bereavement leave: 7 days for death in family. Additional 3 days for travel. 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents of spouse.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
