Renewal agreement: Effective June 4, 2018, to May 31, 2021. Ratified on June 4, 2018. Signed on June 4, 2018. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective ratification: 4%
Effective June 1, 2019: 3%
Effective June 1, 2020: 3%
Shift premium: $3 per hour when employee works second or evening shift. $3.50 per hour (previously $3 per hour) when employee works third or graveyard shift. $2 per hour above classification for lead-hands. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 6 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 16 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work on Saturday if employee has worked 40 hours from Monday to Friday. Time and one-half for all work after regularly scheduled hours. Double time for all work on Sunday. 
Meal allowance: Employer will provide hot meal or $25 when employee works 1.5 hours after scheduled shift.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 100% coverage of basic; 50% coverage for major, orthodontics. Lifetime maximum for orthodontics $2,000 per child. 
Vision: $450 per employee ($250 per dependant) per year. Maximum $1,350 coverage for laser eye surgery, after 5 years of service. $50 per year per employee, $50 every 2 years per dependant for eye exams. 
Paramedical: Maximum $35 per visit for chiropractor, massage. 
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $1,500 maximum per month. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $20,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $50,000.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, child, mother, father, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, mother-in-law, father-in-law (Additional time may be granted, maximum 6 days per year). If employee cannot attend funeral, 1 day off for grieving will be granted. 
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year (2 years for absence as result of sickness covered by medical certificate or accident covered by Workers’ Compensation Board). 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay. 
Probationary period: 60 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: $250 every June 15 and Dec. 15 for shoes, coveralls. For abnormally dirty or corrosive work, employer will supply or replace necessary protective clothing (coveralls, gloves, boots).
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide replacement coveralls to employees involved in specialty work outside normal working duties, such as cleaning out crude tankers.
