Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2018. Signed on July 16, 2015.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Sept. 1, 2015: 2%
Effective fall term, 2016: 2%
Effective fall term, 2017: 1.5%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1.5%
Vacations with pay: Sabbatical leave may be granted to one teacher with at least 3 years' service time per year.
Medical benefits: Manitoba Public School Employees Dental and Extended Health Plans paid by the division.
Sick leave: 20 days per year, can be carried over. 5 days for serious illness or injury to immediate family member.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for immediate family, 3 days for parents-in-law, grandparents or grandchildren, 2 days for brother-in-law or sister-in-law, 1 day for close friend.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 calendar year.
Mileage: Teachers who, when authorized by the school division, use their car for division purposes, shall get mileage expenses in accordance with the division rate.
