Leave improvements, wellness days, streamlined grievances part of deal: Union
Workers at Family Dynamics — who are members of the Manitoba Government and General Employees’ Union, Local 212 — ratified a new two-year agreement Aug. 28.
The employees provide coordinated, community-based supports for Winnipeg families.
Key contract improvements include improvements to leave, the addition of wellness days and a streamlined grievance procedure, said the union.
