Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for each hour designated as being in charge. Employee designated in charge is responsible for opening and closing building, taking care of premises, security and direction of other employees.
Paid holidays: 12 days.
Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 2 years, 20 days or 8% after 5 years, 25 days or 10% after 10 years, 30 days or 12% after 15 years, 35 days or 14% after 20 years, 40 days or 16% after 25 years. 5 days may be banked, but it must be taken by April 30 of the following year.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after scheduled hours per day or 37 hours per week. Double time for all work after 2 hours of overtime or 45 hours per week. Time and one-half for all work on Saturday, double time after 2 hours of work.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for B.C. Credit Union Employee Benefits Trust. $200 for health-care spending account.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Lifetime maximum $3,000 for orthodontics.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $250 every 24 months (includes eye exams).
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 7.4 hours per month, maximum 222 hours.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: B.C. Credit Union Employees Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of parent, spouse, child, stepchild, foster-child. 3 days for death of sister, sister-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepparents, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, grandchildren. Additional 2 days' leave for travel if more than 240 kilometres away.
Seniority – recall rights: Less than 1 year's service: 6 months. More than 1 year's service: 1 year. More than 10 years’ service: 18 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at overtime rate.
Probationary period: 60 working days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 1 week’s pay per year of service, maximum 10 days.
