Renewal agreement: Effective April 18, 2017, to April 17, 2020. Signed on April 18, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for afternoon, night shifts. 
Paid holidays: 8 days, plus 6 days during Christmas shutdown.
Vacations with pay: 8 hours per month, maximum 80 hours to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 12 years, 5 weeks after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for all work on Saturday, double time for all work on Sunday (except for shifts that begin at 11 p.m.). May be banked, maximum 100 hours and will be paid out if not used by November 30 each year. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for combined maximum per year of $2,000 per individual covered. $2,000 (previously $1,650) lifetime maximum coverage for orthodontics.
Vision: $330 every 24 months (previously $300 every 24 months). $2,000 once per lifetime for laser eye surgery. $75 for eye exams (once every year for children 16 or younger, once every 24 months for children older than 16, employees).
Paramedical: $2,500 per year combined (maximum $500 each for massage, chiropractor). Paramedical practitioners include chiropractic, osteopath, podiatrist/chiropodist, massage therapist, homeopath, naturopath, speech therapist, physiotherapist, psychologist, reflexologist, orthotherapist, athletic therapist, acupuncturist, audiologist, occupational therapist, dietician, aqua-therapy.
STD: 66 2/3% of employee’s regular weekly rate.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 60% of employee’s monthly earnings, maximum $3,000 per month.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $45,000 in year 1, $48,000 in years 2, 3.
Pension: Voluntary RSP plan after 1 year of service. Employer will contribute 50% of employee’s contributions, maximum 2% of earnings. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of current spouse, parent, child, brother, stepchild, sister. 3 days for death of stepparent, half-brother, half-sister, grandfather, grandchild, current spouse’s parent, stepbrother, stepsister, grandmother. 1 day for death of current spouse’s brother, current spouse’s sister, brother’s current spouse, sister’s current spouse, aunt, uncle, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, current spouse’s grandfather, current spouse’s grandmother.
Seniority – recall rights: 60 months or years of service, whichever is lesser, for employees hired prior to May 1, 2011; 12 consecutive months, or length of seniority, not to exceed 36 months, whichever is greater, for employees hired after May 1, 2011.
Probationary period: 60 days worked or 480 hours worked, whichever comes first, within 12-consecutive month period.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $170 per year for shoe/insoles; $170 per year for static discharge shoes.
Mileage: $0.45 per kilometre.
