Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 2%

Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 15 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 30 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half after 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 day per month, maximum 90 days.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, father, mother spouse or common-law partner of father or mother, children, children of spouse or common-law partner, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, grandfather, grandmother, father, mother of the spouse or common-law partner, spouse or common-law partner of the father or mother, any relative who resides permanently with the employee).
Probationary period: 90 days.
Safety shoes: $200 per year.
Mileage: $0.40 per hour for driving travelling more than 250 miles.
