Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2018. Signed on Nov. 4, 2016.
Wage adjustments:
Effective date of ratification: $0.06 per hour
Effective April 1, 2017: $0.07 per hour
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 1 floating day.
Vacations with pay: 15 days or 112.5 hours after 1 year, 20 days or 150 hours after 5 years, 24 days or 180 hours after 15 years, 26 days or 195 hours after 20 years, 30 days or 225 hours after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 88 hours in 2-week period.
Meal allowance: $10 for breakfast, $15 for lunch, and $20 for dinner when employee is on official C.L.H. business at site other than C.L.H. premises.
Vision: $275 every 2 years.
Sick leave: 7.5 hours per month. May be banked — maximum 50 days or 375 hours — for full-time employees hired prior to June 1, 2015. Sick leave credits will be paid out on retirement at 10% of value.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (mother, stepmother, father, stepfather, husband, wife, child, stepchild, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Probationary period: 900 hours.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Mileage: $0.44 per kilometre.

Job grade 11 (maintenance/janitorial, program aide day supports, program aide resource, teacher, program aide-residential, night staff-awake): $22.38 rising 1 step to $22.45
Job grade 12: $23.85 rising 1 step to $23.92
Job grade 13 (life skills instructor, residential counsellor, resource teacher, SEP counsellor, maintenance lead hand): $25.48 rising 1 step to $25.55
Part-time unqualified: $20.76 rising 1 step to $20.83
Part-time qualified: $23.58 rising 1 step to $23.65

Night shift sleep over: $127 rising 1 step to $127.50
