Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 1, 2017, to Sept. 30, 2021. Signed on Jan. 25, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Oct. 1, 2017: 1.75% 
Effective Oct. 1, 2018: 2% 
Effective Oct. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Oct. 1, 2020: 2%
Paid holidays: 7 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 months after 1 year. 
Overtime: 0.1% of annual salary for all work after 44 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for extended health plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 75% of the premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of maximum $400 every 2 years — per person 18 and older — and $400 every 1 year per person younger than 18 for glasses, frames, contact lenses, refractive surgery.
Paramedical: Combined maximum coverage for all covered paramedical services of $1,500 per year. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: $2,000 per year. 
Sick leave: 20 working days per year, may be carried over to subsequent years. 
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 60% of monthly salary. 
Life insurance: Coverage of $25,000.
Bereavement leave: 3 or more days (at discretion of employer) for death of spouse as defined in the benefit booklet, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, grandchild
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Probationary period: 1 year. 
Mileage: For southern Ontario: $0.40 per kilometre for 0 to 4,000 kilometres; $0.35 per kilometre for 4,001 to 10,700 kilometres; $0.29 per kilometre for 10,701 to 24,000 kilometres; $0.24 per kilometre for 24,001 kilometres and over. For northern Ontario: $0.41 per kilometre for 0 to 4,000 kilometres; $0.36 per kilometre for 4,001 to 10,700 kilometres; $0.30 per kilometre for 10,701 to 24,000 kilometres; $0.25 per kilometre for 24,001 kilometres and over.
