Wage adjustments (per hour):
Effective May 1, 2015: $0.17
Effective May 1, 2016: $0.34
Effective May 1, 2017: $0.35
Shift premium: Graveyard $0.15 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 7 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 18 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 5 years.
Overtime: Double time after 40 hours per week, or on 5th or 6th straight days worked.
Meal allowance: $5 per shift (5 or more hours) for company-supplied food. Complimentary beverages.
Medical benefits: Company pays $1.50 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2016, worker pays $0.06 per hour. Effective Jan. 1, 2017, company pays $1.60 per hour. Effective Jan. 1, 2018, company pays $1.70 per hour.
