Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for all hours worked outside of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and all hours on Saturday, Sunday. $2 per hour for employees assigned as crew chiefs.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 1 floating day for employees with less than 15 years’ service, 2 days for those with more than 15 years’ service. Floating days may be accrued, maximum 4 days.
Vacations with pay: 120 hours to start, 160 hours after 6 years, 200 hours after 11 years, 240 hours after 16 years, 280 hours after 21 years, 320 hours after 26 years, 360 hours after 31 years. Hours may be accumulated, maximum 400 hours. 6% (previously 4.22%) for temporary and casual workers on each paycheque.
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked outside of normal hours.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums, for Alberta Health Care Insurance.

Vision: $200 for prescription safety glasses for mechanics, welders.
