Renewal agreement: Effective June 21, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on June 21, 2018. 
Paid holidays: 8 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 6% after 5 years, 8% after 10 years. 
Sick leave: 2 paid sick days per year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in family (spouse, mother, father, daughter, son, stepson, stepdaughter, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, spouse’s grandparents and grandchildren, same-sex partner, common-law spouse (provided spouse is held out publicly as employee’s spouse)). Leave of absence without pay may be granted if more time off is required for any reason.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 consecutive months. 
Probationary period: 60 working days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 3 years.
Uniforms/clothing: If employer requires drivers to wear uniforms, employer will provide uniforms at employer’s expense.

Rate per hour (minimum 2 hours): $15 rising 2 steps to $16.32
Editor’s notes: Chief stewards: Employer will pay chief steward $50 per month for performing chief steward’s duties. Employer will pay maximum 3 alternate stewards $25 per month for performing alternate steward duties. Medical examinations: $75 medical examination required by legislation to maintain driver’s license. $50 for employer-requested doctor’s notes regarding illness or return to work. $25 if medical examination is taken after working hours. Safety bonus: $100 after first year of perfect safety record will be paid to employee on first pay in December, with increments of $25 per year (previously $15 per year) for each subsequent safe year. An employee must work from September to June to qualify for payment. Meal allowance: Overnight request flat rate: $13 for less than 8 hours; $18.50 for less than 12 hours. Service bonus: $434.37 (previously $425.85) each December on first pay of December of current school year (September to June only) for service in previous school year. Plug-in allowance: $35 per month (December, January, February, March).
