Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 1, 2014, to Sept. 30, 2018.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Oct. 1, 2014: 2%
Effective Oct. 1, 2015: 1.5%
Effective Oct. 1, 2016: 1.5%
Effective Oct. 1, 2017: 1.25%
Paid holidays: 12 days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a named holiday.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 14 years, 6 weeks after 24 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 4 hours worked beyond 7 in one day, double time for any work beyond 11 hours in one day.
Meal allowance: $11 when employee has worked more than 3 hours beyond regular shift.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for the death of an employee’s spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, grandchildren, grandparents, and any person who permanently resides with the employees.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 120 days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.

Administrative agent: $3,465.26
Administrative agent, floater: $3,465.26
Student service advisor: $3,465.26

Insurance sales assistant: $4,193.64
Team lead: $4,613.55
Editor’s notes: Compassionate care leave: Up to 8 weeks unpaid. First aid certificate: $25 per month for employees with Level I First Aid Certificate.
