Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2017, to May 31, 2020. Signed on June 1, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.45 per hour for employees who work shift schedule which includes afternoon (noon to 7:59 p.m.), night (8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.) or irregular (midnight to 5:59 a.m.) shifts.
Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 2 personal floating holidays (3 days for employees hired before March 1, 1995).
Vacations with pay: 5 days after 6 months, 10 days after 1 year, 12 days after 5 years, 15 days after 6 years, 19 days after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, double time after 4 hours of overtime. Time and one-half (minimum 4 hours of pay) for all work on scheduled day off, double time for all work on second or subsequent scheduled days off. May be taken as compensatory time off and be banked. 
Vision: $250 per employee every 2 years.
Sick leave: For Toronto employees, 10 days per year at 100% of salary, maximum accumulation 90 days. For Montreal employees, 7 days per year at 100% of salary, maximum accumulation 90 days.
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. 
Pension: Employees will participate in British Airways Employees’ Pension Plan (Canada).
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (legal spouse, person whom employee publicly acknowledges as spouse (with whom employee has been living in permanent manner for more than 1 year), children, stepchildren, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, stepbrother, stepsister). 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours’ pay or overtime credit at time and one half for hours worked, whichever is greater. 
Probationary period: 8 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: After 1 year of service, 2 weeks’ pay for each year of service, maximum 18 months.
Safety shoes: $200 each (previously $100 each) for 1 pair of summer and 1 pair of winter safety shoes every 24 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide suitable protective outer garments, rain suits, coveralls, suitable winter coats. Employees who are required to wear a uniform will be given $25 per month.

Seventh year: $17.02
Eighth year: $17.70
Ninth year: $18.38
Lump-sum payment (following ratification): $1,000
