Wage adjustments:
Effective June 1, 2017: 2%

Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 6% after 61 months, 8% after 121 months.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in 2-week period past 80 hours, except for hours worked as call-in status. Double-time and one half for holidays worked.
Meal allowance: Provided by employer if training needed for job.
Medical benefits: Drug co-pay $5.
Dental: 100 per cent to a maximum $800 per year.
Weekly indemnity: 70% of basic weekly eamings to a maximum weekly benefit of $750.
AD&D: $75,000.
Life insurance: $75,000.
Pension: 5.25% employer contribution, 5.25% employee contribution.
Bereavement leave: 7 days (father, mother, spouse, child). 4 days (brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law). 3 days (grandparents). Day of funeral (brother/sisters-in-law).
Call-in pay: Regular rate.
Probationary period: 90 days.
Safety shoes: CSA-approved protective footwear provided by company every 24 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Established customer service associates: 2 pair of blue slacks every year, 3 shirts, 1 jacket every 3 years. Established maintenance staff: 2 pair of coveralls, 3 t-shirts, 1 jacket every 3 years. All shore staff: 1 jacket every 3 years.

Customer service supervisor: $21.83 rising 2 steps to $22.71
Customer service associate: $20.80 rising 2 steps to $21.64
Maintenance staff: $21.52 rising 2 steps to $22.39
