Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2017. Signed on Jan. 1, 2016.
Shift premium: $8 per shift when work begins between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. $10 per shift when work begins between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. City driver bonus: $500. Highway driver bonus: $1,500.
Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 1 personal day.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 12 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 19 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours after regular shift. Double time for work after 12 hours per day.
Medical benefits: Employer covers 55% of premiums, employee 45%.
Dental: Maximum $1,000 per year coverage. 80% coverage for basic dental, after $25 deductible for single or $50 for family per year.
Vision: $250 per adult every 2 years, $250 per child younger than 18 per year.
Paramedical: $500 per year.
Weekly indemnity: 66 2/3% to El maximum. Coverage begins in the first day of an accident, fourth day of an illness, for 26 weeks.
AD&D: $25,000 coverage.
Life insurance: $25,000 coverage.
Pension: $38 per week contribution by employer, $38 by employee. Effective Jan. 1, 2017, contributions increase to $40 per week.
Bereavement leave: 3 days off for death in immediate family (father, mother, spouse, child, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, brother-in-law, sister-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 90 days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 3 days for every year of service.
Safety shoes: $130 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: 50% cost covered by employer for 5 long-sleeve shirts, 2 short-sleeve shirts, 3 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shorts, 1 summer jacket, 1 winter coat, 2 pairs of gloves (1 insulated).

Load roll tarp, unload roll tarp, assemble rack & tarp trailer, disassemble rack & tarp trailer, pre-load of trailer (in U.S. only): $50.
Pre-load of trailer in Canada: $25.
